SN4E aims to be the “Know Who” Platform of choice for Top Executives in Belgium. This Network aims to be highly exclusive and will accept only owners and CEO’s of companies, institutions, as potential members.

SN4E will support its members in both their professional and personal life in the pursuit of happiness, learning and experience while surpassing/meeting expectations and instill an overall sense of exclusivity, trust and belonging.

Anyone can apply for membership if the actual professional situation is based on an Executive-level position (CEO/COO/CFO/CTO, Chairman of the Board, President/Vice-President, General Manager, Managing Director, ...). Or you can be invited by an existing SN4E member. However, every membership demand will be subject to prior approval by the Board of Directors or Advisory Board.

There are several sponsorships possible. We recognize bronze sponsors, silver sponsors, gold sponsors, platinum sponsors as well as one-off event sponsors. Our sales staff will be more than happy to contact you and discuss all possibilities.

Membership fees depend on the subscription, either as a sole individual, or at representative of the company in a C-level role. We will be more than happy to contact you and discuss all levels of memberships.

Memberships are on an annual basis and will be renewed automatically if not canceled by the member (2 months in advance notice period).

We commit to following the strictest government guidelines at all times and going above and beyond to ensure the safety of our attendees. We limit the face to face events for as long as the Pandemic is not behind us.

For networking purposes, we recommend that you use our SN4E networking App. With this App, you can easily book meetings with attendees. As we get closer to an event or peer-peer learning session, we will let you know more about the agenda by email and give you access in advance.

No, the Socrates Network 4 Executives' events are strictly personal, so is the membership.

Standard events such as peer-to-peer breakfast meetings, In The Boardroom sessions, ... are complimentary and part of the membership fee. Additional costs may apply for traveling during Winter and Summer trip (for the members and special pricing for the partners).

Depending on the attendance during specific sessions, the breakfast meetings (peer-to-peer learning sessions), will take place all over Belgium in all provinces. In The Boardroom sessions depend on the individual members invitation where we will be hosted by our guest. The Wintertrip (a 2-days residential conference) is in one of our Belgian capital cities in an exclusive surrounding. The Summer Trip will be held in a major European city (a 3-days conference). 

Our Winter and Summer summits, as well as our Breakfast sessions, are all-inclusive and we together with our partners, make sure that you will be served with delicious meals, beverages and drinks throughout the entire event. We’ve ensured that multiple options will be available to attendees, and have worked with the venue to accommodate any dietary requirements.
